club nights
For players of any standard who want to play doubles. Club nights are held throughout the year on Mondays and Thursdays, starting at 6.00pm, on courts 1,2,4 & 5 (see the court plan). During the Winter, these events do not have an organiser - so just turn up and join in. A good way of meeting fellow club members and playing tennis in a friendly atmosphere. After the tennis finish off the evening with a drink in the Clubhouse.club morning
There's also a club morning on Sundays, beginning at 10.00, on the same courts as club nights.
Friendly matches
Sociable yet competitive tennis matches against neighbouring clubs are arranged on most Wednesday evenings in the summer, followed by supper in the clubhouse.
